VENN Collaborative is a boutique planning and landscape architecture studio. We bring land, community, and economy into alignment, and design places where all three thrive.

genius loci /jē·nē·əs lō·sī/ noun. The distinctive spirit or character of a place. Every VENN project begins by finding it.
Every project juggles competing interests, what the land needs, what the community wants, what the budget allows. Most firms pick a side. We look for the overlap, because that's where places stop being projects and start being loved.
Stewardship first. Placemaking always. Environmentally and economically sustainable, or it isn't sustainable at all.
Five commitments behind every plan, park, and place we touch.
Diverse perspectives, honest listening, and creative rigor, distilled into strong, cohesive solutions the whole table can stand behind.
Nature, culture, history, views, and connections. We balance, nurture, and celebrate the things a place can't get back once they're gone.
Nature-based solutions, water conservation, and low-impact development, built in from the first sketch, not bolted on at the end.
Ecosystems, infrastructure, economics, health, and equity, designed to hold up and adapt over decades, not just at the ribbon cutting.
Places that restore, connect, teach, and inspire. Quality of life is the outcome we design for, not the tagline.
Thriving environments that strengthen community, reward investment, and elevate the everyday human experience.

From first site walk to final planting plan, bring us the competing interests, and we'll design the place where they meet.
