Planning + Landscape Architecture

Every place has a genius.
We design for it.

GENIUS LOCI · THE SPIRIT OF PLACE

VENN Collaborative is a boutique studio in Salt Lake City. We uncover what makes a place rare: its land, its history, its people. Then we shape environments where all three thrive together.

genius loci /ˈjē·nē·əs ˈlō·sī/ noun.
The distinctive spirit or character of a place.
Every VENN project begins by finding it.

Stewardship protects what a place can't get back. Placemaking reveals what it could become.
